X5 Recruit is a brand of X5 Core LLC, based in Tampa, FL, working with companies across the US. In this policy, "we" means X5 Recruit.
What we collect
We collect what you choose to send us by email or tell us by phone:
- your resume and anything you attach to it;
- your name, email address and phone number;
- anything else you include in your message or tell us on a call.
This site has no forms and does not ask you to sign in.
Visiting this site
When you visit this site, the service that hosts it may record standard technical details, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view, and may use cookies it needs to run the site. The fonts on this page load from a third-party font service, which receives your IP address.
Why we collect it
- to consider you for searches that fit;
- to contact you about those searches and answer your questions;
- for employers, to run the search you asked us to run.
Who sees it
An employer sees your resume only after you say yes to that specific company and role. We do not share your details with anyone else, except the services that host our email, records and this site for us, or when the law requires it.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Keeping and deleting your details
We keep your details while they help us find you a fit, and with your permission for future searches. Ask us at any time and we will delete them.
