How a search runs
Kickoff
A call to agree the role, the pay range and the must-haves. Then we search and screen.
Interviews
You meet a shortlist of screened candidates, each with a written summary. We set up the interviews and collect feedback.
Hire
We help with the offer, references and the start date. This is when the fee applies, as agreed in writing.
What we will not do
- Send a resume anywhere without the candidate's yes.
- Charge a candidate anything.
- Send an employer a resume we have not screened.
- Start a search before the terms are agreed in writing.
- Take on a search we are not suited for.
